Overview
During your first month
Partner with your supervisor to review the Goal/Development process and to develop your goals for the next review cycle. Complete the Goal/Development Review form with your supervisor and submit your goals no later than 60 days after your start date. Goals should be tasks or projects that will be in addition to basic daily job responsibilities.
