CS Survey Responses:

Every week Community Safety requests survey responses from those who've had interactions with a member of the Community Safety team. These responses are always collected anonymously with the option for the responder to leave contact information if they would like for a member of Community Safety management to contact them, and are used internally for departmental performance tracking. Community Safety has opted to publish these survey results for transparency and community accountability. *Names and pronouns mentioned in survey responses will be redacted to protect the privacy of individuals.

In addition to surveys sent directly to those who have interacted with Community Safety, the Reed community is always encouraged to independently complete the survey regarding Community Safety's performance.
You can take the survey here:

Unlock Met expectations friendly and professional, asked to see my Reed ID which was expected.

Escort Surpassed expectations Really nice service, would definitely use the CSOs if I needed to be escorted back to my dorm in the future

Escort Surpassed expectations Thank you for providing a ride back to my dorm in the ice! I didn't know CSOs provided rides for non-emergency situations, and I was delighted and grateful to find out that's something you do! I really appreciate it.
Vehicle Assist Surpassed expectations The community safety officers were very nice, and understanding of my situation. They helped me to Trillium because of the ice.

AOD Met expectations CSOs were professional about my unprofessionalism.
Unlock Met expectations Person was great and very kind!
Unlock Surpassed expectations Friendly even though I've locked myself out of the office multiple times
AOD Met expectations The two officers I talked to were polite, but I I wish they had done a better job of communicating whether or not I was in trouble, and if so just what I was in trouble for. Even now I'm not sure whether the use of the term "potential AOD policy situation" in the email I just got from community safety means my case is being reviewed or has been dismissed. Am I still at risk of receiving an AOD as a result of my CSO interaction last Saturday, and if not, will a "potential situation" on my record have an effect on any future AOD decisions? Thanks for your help and transparency.
Unlock Below expectations I'm rating this "below expectations" because we didn't actually get the door unlocked. (it was the Birchwoods, and the locks had been changed)
