To confirm your enrollment, by Thursday, December 14. Shortly after submitting your deposit, Reed will send you an email with information and instructions for setting up your computer account and email.

After you set up your computer account, you can access the required forms online.

Below is a list of forms and action items that we ask you to complete in order to start your academic journey. Should you encounter issues completing the forms, please contact the Orientation team.

  • Fill this form out to request accommodations for housing. Students are welcome to request accommodations at any time. However, Disability and Accessibility Resources’ (DAR) ability to fulfill approved housing accommodations is dependent on the current available housing inventory. 
  • Housing Application*
    Required for all incoming first-year and transfer students covered under our residency requirements. The residence life portal will open for Spring-only housing on December 19 and placements will be determined based on availability. For more information about living on campus, visit the residence life website

December 14

  • *
    Authorize Reed to release detailed information about your college billing account to your parents, other family members, trustees, or banks.
  • Complete to request accommodations for classes. Students are welcome to request accommodations at any time. However, to have accomoodations set up prior to the start of Spring Semester, Disability and Accessibility Resources (DAR) recommend's submitting this form and scheduling a meeting as soon as possible.
  • Final High School Transcript Due to Admission*
    If you have been enrolled in college this year, send your final transcript to the admission office at the completion of the semester. Your final transcript must be on file before you can register for spring classes. Our offer of admission is contingent upon the successful completion of your current academic program. 
  • This form is required if you have comparable health insurance coverage and want to opt out of the Reed plan. If you do not submit a waiver, you will be charged for Reed's health insurance.
  • *
    Federal regulations require that students provide a Social Security number or Tax ID so the college can issue a 1098-T tax form. See IRS Publication 970 for more information. If you do not have a Social Security number or Tax ID, or do not wish to provide it, indicate that on this form.

    Outlines the student’s personal responsibility for college charges assessed to their account.
  • *
    In IRIS, update your (including your preferred first name, gender, pronouns, and orientation t-shirt size) and (including your mailing address, phone number) and. 
  • This form is required if you want to opt out of tuition insurance, which covers 70 percent of the term’s tuition and fees if you withdraw for medical reasons. Learn more about tuition insurance on our website.

January 6

  • *Identify your academic interests to help Reed match you with a faculty adviser.

  • If you need accommodations to take any placement exam please fill this form out.
  • Complete to request accommodations for orientation
  • *
    Review Reed's immunization requirements and health record requirements. Then, complete required health forms through the and of required vaccines or exemptions (Reed requires proof of COVID vaccine primary series/booster and MMR series).
  • *
    Upload your photo for your Reed ID card. This is required for move-in.
  • Let us know when you will be arriving on campus. 
  • Catharsis Training*
    In mid-December, you will receive an email with instructions about how to complete this online training program. Please have this completed before the start of Orientation, January 23.
  • Tuition Billing Check your Reed email for your tuition statement and view details online in the Student Account Center.
